*What to expect at a FARM to FORK Dinner?
Each event begins between 4 – 5pm unless otherwise noted. Upon arrival guests will be welcomed and will have a chance to share a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage with the featured winemaker(s) and farmer(s), and listen to live local music. When everyone has arrived there will be a short introduction of our featured farmers & winemakers followed by a guided tour of the host farm. Tours will generally last around 30 minutes. At the end of the tour, guests will arrive at our beautifully set tables, and they will be served a multi-course, locally-sourced meal created by our FARM to FORK chefs. Most courses will be served family style, and wine pairing will be included, but optional. During the meal, the host farmers, featured winemakers and local producers who provided ingredients for the menu will share their stories & our non-profit partners will share the exciting and inspiring work they are doing. Dinners are expected to end a little after sunset, but guests are welcome to linger.
*Can you accommodate Dietary Restrictions: Vegetarians, Vegans, or people with Food Allergies?
With advanced notice (at the time of your reservation), we can accommodate vegetarians. But because our dinners are served family-style and everyone dines at the same table, this is not an appropriate event for vegans or persons with other dietary restrictions such as food allergies. Again, if you are vegetarian or have a vegetarian in your party, please contact us at the time of your reservation.
*What is the Cancellation Policy?
Due to the nature of our events, no refunds will be given for cancellations. Tickets, however, are transferable. If you cannot attend an event and you have transferred your tickets to someone else, please contact us with new guest information prior to the dinner. Ultimately, any transfer of tickets is your responsibility.
*Are the Dinners Children-Friendly?
Due to the overall nature of our Dinners, we do not recommend that you bring young children to these events.
*What time do Events Start and End?
The events start around 4pm and begin with a tour of the host farm. After the tour, guests will arrive at a beautifully set table and they will be served an artisan, hand-crafted, five-course meal paired with local wine. In between courses, the featured farmers, winemakers, and non-profits will talk about what it is they do, and guests will have the opportunity to ask questions. Dinners are expected to end a little after sunset (8pm – ish), but guests are welcome to linger as long as they please.
*What happens if there is Bad Weather?
If it happens to rain on the day of the event, we will arrange tents or an indoor location for our tables. Guests will still receive a tour of the farm, so be sure to dress appropriately with particular attention to your choice of footwear.
*What should I wear?
Our events will go on rain or shine, so be sure to dress according to the weather and the sun’s intensity. The event will also begin with a Farm Tour from our host farmer, so keep that in mind when you are choosing footwear. GOOD IDEAS: layers, sunglasses, parasols, summer hats, sensible footwear.
*Can we look at your Menus?
Due to the unique nature of our dinners, menus are subject to the changing season and to what our farmer partners have fresh and ripe in their fields and orchards. However, all the proteins (meat, fish, poultry) we will be serving are set in stone, and we can give you a rough idea of what we will be serving.
*What is the Cost of each Dinner and what does that include?
Our Ticket Price is $75 or $90 per guest, depending on location. This includes a five course artisan meal, 3 glasses of wine, a farm tour, and producer discussions.
*How do I Reserve a Seat?

*Can I make Reservations for a Larger Party?
Absolutely! FARM to FORK Dinners are the perfect event to share with family, friends and co-workers. Just let us know how many people are in your party when you arrive, and we will accommodate you.
*Is there a Wait List for the Dinners?
Because our reservations are non-refundable, once a dinner is sold out, additional seats will only become available if our farmer/winemaker guests are unable to attend. Call us at 503.473.3952 to be put on the waitlist.
*When will I receive Information: Directions, etc?
We will send you directions, and important information approximately 2-3 weeks before the event(s). If you are purchasing tickets by Credit Card online, be sure to leave us accurate , contact/mailing information, including phone number!
*How many people are at the Dinners?
There is an average of 100 seats available for each event.
*Can FARM to FORK cater Private Events?
Currently we are not catering private events. But feel free to contact us, just in case.
