Part of the FARM to FORK Mission is to reconnect people to the true source of their food. As such, our Farm Dinners take place on the farms that sustain the food on your plate or the wine in your glass, and each evening begins with a Farm Tour led by the farmers who cultivate that land, and who work tirelessly each day to provide local communities with good, clean and fair food. We hope that you can join us this summer and enjoy these unique culinary experiences.

WILLOW-WITT RANCH
AUGUST 11th
"Willow-Witt Ranch has been breeding, training, raising and selling goats since 1991, supplying Northwest communities with pack goats, milk goats, and goat meat. Our goats free range through spacious pastures and forestlands, while we protect sensitive wetland areas from browsing altogether. We've integrated our ranching operation to utilize our plant and animal wastes in the making of organic compost, which we provide to local gardeners and use on the ranch. In addition, we raise and sell organically-fed pigs that enjoy pastures throughout the summer. These sustainably-raised specialty hogs can be pre-purchased before the harvest season, and are processed each fall. Every week we also produce fresh goat milk and farm-fresh eggs. We've implemented a pastured poultry operation including layers and broilers, and look forward to monitoring the nutrient inputs and health benefits these hens can symbiotically provide for our pastures and livestock. We passionately believe wholistic farm management and organic farming makes the difference we need as farmers and consumers."

We are committed to challenge the raising of food in ways that are respectful to the soil, animals, local community and the natural ecosystems we inhabit in an ongoing effort to be reverent participants in the grace that is our land and lives. Acknowledging the delicately interconnected nature of food systems, we strive to minimize negative agricultural impact on land and health through integrated rotational grazing and foraging methods, organic and humane practices and focus on local markets."
